Requirements

Bring your own Alpaca and Ollama accounts

KS Stocks is a desktop app that connects to services you set up separately. KANASAKA does not include Alpaca or Ollama access with KS_Package.

  • Alpaca — brokerage account and API credentials from alpaca.markets for market data, portfolio, and trading features.
  • Ollama — cloud API key or a local Ollama instance for AI analysis features.

You are responsible for creating, maintaining, paying for, and complying with the terms of those third-party accounts.
